Description

Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry cook in a high-volume pastry shop creating bulk and high level product.
  • Pastry/Culinary degree would be preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communicator.
  • Highly motivated, can work with limited direction
  • Fluent in English.


License Requirements:



  • Any and All Applicable Licensing Requirements


Essential Job Functions:



  • Essential duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
  • Daily preparation of all bakery items and specials needed for the entire operation with direction from the Pastry chef.


Physical/Mental Requirements:



  • Constantly walk, stand, hear, see and talk.
  • Frequently smell, taste product.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, twist, sit, and hold.
  • Frequently lift or carry up to 25 lbs.


Working Conditions:



  • Be able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time
