Dealer - Table Games (Full-Time)

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Practice Genuine Service to our internal and external guests.
• Deal Blackjack.
• Accept bets.
• Pays winners and collects from non-winners.
• Handles player transactions.
• Must be able to articulate rules and regulations to patrons.
• Craps experience preferred but not necessary.
• Other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Dealing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICMP's and Division of Gaming Regulation/Rules Ability to apply and carryout instructions furnished in written and oral form.
• Previous money handling and guest service experiences preferred.
• A Colorado Division of Gaming Support license is required for this position.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all employees and guests.
• Able to work all shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.
