ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with overseeing the front desk and PBX/reservations operations. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one year experience required. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s). LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Good money management skills required. COMPUTER SKILLS Must be able to use Microsoft Office products, adding machine and credit card machine. Experience with LMS preferred. REASONING ABILITY: Planning, Remembering Details, using arithmetic, Reading, directing others, making decisions, working rapidly and at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names and faces, Examining and observing details.
