ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. May dual rate as a Table Games Supervisor with experience. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Dealer School certificate preferred. Three or more months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. COMPUTER SKILLS Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. REASONING ABILITY Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Discriminating colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Examining & Observing Details, Remembering names and Faces. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standing, Hearing, Bending/Stooping, Observing, Turning. WORK ENVIRONMENT Inside, Noisy, Smoking Environment.
