The Role: The Vice President of Human Resources will play a critical role in the successful launch of our Chicago flagship location. This position will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, particularly in a unionized environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in casino openings and a proven track record of managing union relationships. Responsibilities:

Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (preferred)
Experience
Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality or gaming industry (preferred)
Casino opening experience (preferred) Experience managing union relationships and navigating collective bargaining agreements. (preferred) Skills
