Job Overview:

The Sales Operations Coordinator performs high-level sales support and administrative tasks in the Life Science business area, including compiling; organizing and communicating internal and external documentation related to the sale, order entry, and archiving of Getinge Life Science orders. The position is in Lake Mary, FL and is eligible to participate in Smart Workplaces- a hybrid model working from home & the office.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Cost Sheet Generation (Sweden, Toulouse, Poznan, Canada & Latin America)
  • Quotation Generation (Sweden, Toulouse, Poznan, Canada & Latin America)
  • Fluent in the use of QuoteWerks and data management.
  • Fluent in the use of Salesforce CRM population.
  • Order Validation (Sweden, Toulouse, Poznan, Canada & Latin America)
  • Adherence to Technical Sales Support Work Instructions
  • Sales Operations quote template updates
  • SharePoint Pre-Sales folder population & SharePoint Order reference population
  • RFQ receipt, summary review, distribution, and coordination with technical support specialist. Oversee and coordinate responses to RFQs, bid documents and contracts exclusive of technical review. Ensure supporting documents are compiled for submission to customer (equipment layout, utility and overall technical literature)
  • Post order change orders
  • Perform other related duties as required.


Minimum Requirements:



  • Associate degree in a related business field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience in customer service operations.
  • Prefer 2 years of Life Science product experience.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate to all internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.


Salary range: $25- $32 p/hr., depending upon experience
