Description Essential Duties: Prepares financial reports required by management Provides analysis and write-ups of financial results on monthly/quarterly/annual basis Supports in budget/forecast/flash preparation and submissions Compiles and summarizes financial and operational data monthly to report to management or department heads Uses Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle GL and SAP BPC to develop financial reports Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: BS / BA degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA not required) OR equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience Preferred Qualifications: Industry experience is a plus but not required Requires the ability to obtain a TWIC Card issued by the Department of Homeland Security Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Solid experience in financial writing (similar to MD&A section of 10K's) Experience with Oracle, BPC, or similar financial systems Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management Customer service orientation and leadership/influencing skills High level of planning and organizational skills Requires the ability to plan and organize multiple projects in fast paced environment that requires flexibility and agility Working Conditions: Office environment NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
