Duties & Responsibilities |
Program Assessment and Evaluation
- Coordinate the assessment and evaluation of SALT Center student services outcomes. Collaborate in the identification of needs and strategies/benchmarks for improvement.
- Gather, organize, and analyze center data. Generate reports on enrollment, usage, and outcomes.
- Establish outcomes for program innovations. Evaluate outcome data to assess whether innovations are effective and sustainable. Make recommendations for continuation or discontinuation of services.
- Build connections with University Analytics and Institutional Research, ensuring strong communication and alignment of data procedures and practices.
Project Management
- Assist with managing the activities of Bartlett Labs, taking the lead on assigned projects. Develop and implement plans to achieve assigned project outcomes.
- Strengthen ties with other campus departments and universities that have shared research and service interests. Initiate new relationships and partnerships when needed.
- Assist with the administration of grants and visiting scholar opportunities, as needed.
Professional Development
- Catalogue and maintain the center's professional development offerings for full-time and student employees.
- Ensure consistency in new employee training materials and processes.
- Research continuing professional development opportunities. Suggest additions and improvements to align with current research and best practices in the field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong data, research, analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning, neurodivergence, and college student services.
- Demonstrated success in assessing and evaluating undergraduate student service programs.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of software including but not limited to TracCloud, PeopleSoft, and Salseforce. Microsoft Power BI highly preferred.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
