Job Description

The intern will assist or lead various product testing projects which may include but are not limited to:



  • Assist engineers with revising the standard work for a production cell after the automation and process changes have taken place. Also assist process engineer with updating routings and other relevant documentation as a result of those changes.
  • May be asked to work with vendors to obtain quotes on items that may be needed.
  • Work on the 5S initiatives per P3 events that will be scheduled throughout the plant and lead this initiative in MLS.



Required Skills

Skills and experience necessary for this role include:



  • Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and motivation.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
  • AutoCAD or similar a plus.



Required Experience



  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
