The Mortgage Servicing Associate role provides the challenge and opportunity to complete essential business tasks. Detail oriented individuals with the ability to multi-task are typically most successful. This role involves in office desk work with flexible work schedule between the hours of 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Servicing Associate will be a member of the Escrow Analysis/ Mortgage Insurance department. The associate will be responsible for analyzing escrow accounts and monthly mortgage insurance premium processing. Responsibilities: Complete annual and interim escrow analysis processing Facilitate annual escrow statement and mortgage billing statement mailings Review and complete escrow refund requests Ensure timely monthly mortgage insurance payments and terminations Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Position Requirements: Detail oriented Effective multi-tasking capabilities Strong organization and time management skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Customer service focused Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills preferred) Qualifications Behaviors Enthusiastic - Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Dedicated - Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Team Player - Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Education High School (required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
