HVAC Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician including general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and carpentry)
• EPA Universal + HVAC Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel locally between properties

Monday - Friday | With occasional overtime

Pay | $30 - $35

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot existing HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace faulty or outdated components.
• Perform system testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
• Accurately document all work performed, including parts and service details.
• Deliver top-notch customer service at all times.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members as needed.
