Advantage xPO is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician with at least three years of commercial experience. The selected candidate will provide effective and efficient service to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. Pay: $25 - $30 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, or a Degree/Certification in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care (preferred) 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver's license in good standing Strong problem-solving, mechanical, communication, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes Knowledge of and compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Willingness to travel locally as needed Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot commercial property systems Repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks Use lifts and ladders for various tasks Complete maintenance paperwork accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment Employee Benefits: Health insurance Retirement plans Career advancement opportunities And more!
