Job Summary Profile
The position executes necessary SAP Systems operations, workflows and data input to support Plant and R&D production in Elgin, IL. This position will also be integrally involved in raw material quality acceptance as well as coordinating release of finished products in SAP.

General Responsibilities
* SAP management of raw materials (quantities and quality) for use in Elgin plant and R&D production.
* Drive SAP workflows that support the aforementioned production of materials: both raw materials and finished goods.
* Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs)
* Supports SAP workflows to transfer existing products to Elgin
* Execute related SAP work to support shipping
* Support labeling and packaging of samples and finished products
* Support site regulatory requests administratively

Qualifications
* SAP or equivalent ERP software experience
* Experience with industrial manufacturing processes
* High level of organizational and process management skills
* Detail oriented with proficient communication skills (English fluency required)
* Ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
* Excellent problem solving skills with the tenacity to drive solutions to completion
* Strong focus on internal customer satisfaction and quality

Preferred Qualifications
* SAP Certification
* Experience in chemical, paint & coatings, food, medical, or pharmaceutical production
* Associate or 4 year degree preferred
