Full-time, 40 Hours/Week Monday to Friday, 8a.m. - 4:30p.m. Hybrid (3 days onsite) Summary: The Creative Services Manager will be the creative force behind our visual identity, responsible for leading and shaping high-quality design projects that align with our strategic objectives. This position will harness their expertise to deliver compelling visual solutions that communicate complex health topics effectively. Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction for a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to produce outstanding design work.
- Strategic Design: Develop and execute creative concepts that meet client needs and project goals, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary creative contact for clients, understanding their requirements, presenting ideas, and incorporating feedback to refine and enhance design solutions.
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, overseeing design quality, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials, and driving the development of new visual elements as needed.
- Industry Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the health-related industry to craft designs that are both visually engaging and sensitive to the complexities of health communication.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your expertise and providing constructive feedback to support their professional growth and development.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our creative work remains cutting-edge and relevant.

- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional skills in motion graphics or digital design being advantageous.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, with excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Education and Experience * Education: bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is required. Advanced degree preferred. * Experience: Minimum of 10 years in art direction, with at least 5 years as a Senior Graphic Designer required. Proven experience on both the client and agency sides, with a strong preference for experience in the health-related industry. * Certifications: Certifications in design or art design preferred. * Supervisory Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervising other visual professional desired but can be substituted with a minimum of 8 of their 10 years of experience including, developing the overall look, layout, and style of magazines and other publications, promotional campaigns, marketing collateral and visual identities.
