Lubbock Executive Associate - Leader and Culture Development 39612BR Leader and Culture Development Position Description Performs administrative and coordinative work in direct support of an executive officer, including such functions as planning, budgeting, supervision and program implementation and evaluation. Performs responsible and complex office support duties, thus relieving the administrator of these duties. Work is performed under administrative supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department and facilitating the execution of leader and culture development initiatives. About the Department and/or College The Office of Leader and Culture Development supports the vision of the Texas Tech University System Chancellor and University Presidents relating to creating a sustainable, values-based culture, and robust people development programs. All members of our team have performance improvement plans and meet at least quarterly to discuss progress toward personal and career goals. Major/Essential Functions Key Responsibilities: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in related area plus six years progressively responsible administrative experience including supervisory experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience totaling ten years.
