The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues.
We have an upcoming need for a Senior Acquisition Analyst to provide onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities SPA is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisition Analyst to support OSD portfolio management of a number of modernization and sustainment efforts. Will apply a deep understanding of the Defense Acquisition System, familiarity with OSD staffing procedures, and a background in DoD weapon systems. The candidate will work closely with leadership in the Office of Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management (DASD (SSIPM)) to ensure the smooth operation of the four directorates, efficiently responding to tasking from the ASD for Acquisition and Deputy Secretary of Defense, while aligning and prioritizing efforts across DASD(SSIPM). Qualifications Required:
10 years of experience with the Defense Acquisition System, preferably as a DoD Program Manager
