Senior Human Resource Specialist

As a Senior Human Resource Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our nation's cyber defense mission. You will provide a full range of human resources services to a diverse workforce, including staffing, personal programs and records, onboarding, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, draft and edit hiring packages. Develop position descriptions.
• Manage the onboarding of new personnel.
• Organize, maintain, and review personnel records.
• Enter and retrieve personnel information and prepare organizational charts.
• Manage HR correspondence.
• Provide information about personnel programs and procedures.
• Advise management and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
• Analyze HR data and present findings to leadership to make data-driven decisions.

• Requires an active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with 3-8 years of direct experience.
• 5-10 years extensive experience in human resources, preferably in a federal government or military environment.
• Knowledge of federal HR regulations, including Title 5, U.S. Code preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with HR systems (commercial/military).
• Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred.
