THOR Solutions is actively seeking a
3D Drafter/Content Creator to support the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) group from Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) in
Panama City, FL. The Creator should possess experience working in 3D modeling and 2D computer-aided drafting (CAD) in a professional environment using SOLIDWORKS or other 3D modeling software. This individual will assist in the development of digital training media for Air Cushion Vehicles (ACVs).
Typical Responsibilities:
Location: Hybrid. Primarily onsite at local THOR office or at NSWC PCD, both in Panama City, FL. Some local remote/telework may be permitted as schedule/duties permit. US Citizenship Required:Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment. Existing Secret Security Clearance Required: This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. Only candidates with existing full or interim Secret security clearances will be considered. Typical Physical Activity: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Anticipated Travel: This position is anticipated to require up to 15% travel, to locations in Virginia, California, Louisiana, and/or Japan. Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
