WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $70,000- $86,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee and enhance corporate programs for medical leave, disability, and health and safety, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Manage and administer FMLA, ADA, and Extended Illness Absence Plans, providing expert guidance to balance employee needs with business objectives.
- Deliver impactful training and consultation to managers, HR staff, and business leaders on leave management, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop effective return-to-work strategies and resolve complex medical leave and disability cases.
- Analyze business trends and regulatory updates to create proactive solutions that drive compliance and support organizational goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license with a strong clinical background; BSN or related degree preferred.
- Experience in Occupational Health, Case Management, or Group Benefits Administration, with expertise in disability management and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:
- Certification and hands-on experience in Case Management, with a proven ability to handle complex cases effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
