Description

Front End Administrator for products: Trellix Agent, Trellix Application and Change Control, ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Endpoint Security (ENS) which includes Threat Prevention and Firewall, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Policy Auditor (PA), and Rogue System Detection (RSD).

Position Details:

* BA/BS in a technical discipline (required)

* 10 years of experience in Information Security and Technology.

* DoD ESS Certificates 201, 301, 501 & ENS Essentials

Job Roles/Responsibilities

As the Front-End administrator, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, have a sense of urgency and be able to work with minimal supervision. They must have outstanding Communication skills as this position works closely with Government Staff, interfaces with Customers, technical support staff and outside vendors on a daily basis.

The Ideal candidate will thrive in a highly visible position. They must work well with others, be willing to ask questions, learn and share knowledge and take pride in their work. Attention to Detail is a Must. Hands on experience configuring, managing and maintaining Trellix Agent, Trellix Application and Change Control, ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Endpoint Security (ENS) which includes Threat Prevention and Firewall, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Policy Auditor (PA), and Rogue System Detection (RSD), is required.

Key Skills

* Outstanding communication Skills

* Proactive and will ask questions when uncertain.

* Full Understanding of ESS policies and how they work., including Read, write, and modify.

* Proficient with exclusions and how/when to implement

* Understand ESS task automation using a tagged based system, without having access to server tasks.

* Understand client task creation, modification, and assignment.

* ESS reporting and tracking the status of groups of systems.

* SA experience with Windows operating desktop and server operating systems.

* MSSQL (desirable)

* SA experience with Linux/Unix server operating system(s). Minimum understanding of the following: file system/structure, run levels, scripting (read/execute correctly), firewall/iptables (rules, chains, etc.), comfortable with vi/vim.

* Sense of urgency.

* Accountability.

* Ability to manage and prioritize boundaries with differing requirements and responsibilities to the business.

* Basic background in networking and subnetting. Understands DHCP, DNS.
