Executive Management Support Specialist

The Opportunity:

In executive management support, you know the complexities of supporting client needs on a day-to-day basis. Many organizations require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep our clients on a productive path. Whether fulfilling an immediate task, recognizing a mission gap and recommending a solution, or flexing to support an emerging requirement, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and become a strong member of the team. That's why we need you, an Executive Assistant, who can ensure success through careful prioritization and effective communication.

On our team, you'll support office leadership at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). You'll work with your Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) colleagues to ensure our key customer accomplishes its mission goals. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success.

The real power of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you'll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy.

Work with us and help make sure our key customer accomplishes its mission goals as we improve mission-critical processes.

Join us. The world can't wait.
