Riverside Overview Riverside Research is an independent National Security Nonprofit dedicated to research and development in the national interest. We provide high-end technical services, research and development, and prototype solutions to some of the country's most challenging technical problems.

Position Overview The Sr. Program Controller is responsible for developing and producing financial reporting and analysis including monthly revenue recognition, actuals tracking, forecasting, funding management, and performance management for our US Government programs, including Riverside's largest and most significant program. This position maintains and monitors performance metrics and forecasts related to a portfolio of programs within a Group and/or Business Unit, prepares program budgets, supports the monthly close process, and performs financial analyses such as variance analysis, monthly or quarterly estimates at completion (EACs), and funding risk assessments. The Sr. Program Controller is responsible for transforming data into comprehensive reporting for Business Unit VPs, Group Directors and Program Managers to support effective decision-making and assists with new contract and task order pricing. This position reports to the Director for Financial Planning & Analysis and will interact with Program Managers and Corporate management at all levels. Position is located in Fairfax, VA. Global Comp $103,500- $ 140,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
