The Service Delivery Project Manager will focus specifically on service delivery to drive the acceptance, growth, and provisioning of service within both the Uniti Fiber and Uniti Leasing networks. This position will have overall project responsibility and accountability to deliver quality products and services on time and within budget.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Management:
- Manage service delivery from contractual sale to service turn up and achieve customer commitment dates.
- Conduct Market and project-based meetings in support of weekly forecasting.
- Track major service delivery milestones (such as engineering, design, permitting, access agreements, construction, splicing, testing, REIT asset usage, etc.)
- Have working knowledge and understanding of the REIT company rules of engagement and requirements.
- Interface with REIT Asset companies to negotiate timelines and milestone completions according to specific asset.
- Project Plan Execution:
- Facilitate and conduct internal and external customer service delivery meetings.
- Efficient and productive use of all available tools, i.e., Salesforce, Excel, MS Visio, etc.
- Create project tracking reports and dashboards to provide real time analysis of project status.
- Customer Interface & Coordination:
- Provide timely project updates to internal and external customers.
- Conduct trend analysis of projects to identify roadblocks and areas of opportunity for improvement.

Education and/ or Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in project, program management experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed on the job description.
- BA/BS degree required or comparable experience.
