Electrical Test Engineer II

Yoh Scientific is actively recruiting for an Electrical or Computer Engineer to work a long term contract assignment in Irvine, CA.

Duration: Long-term contract assignment (possibly 20 months)
Pay Rate: Based on experience, $48 - $56.52/hour.

The Test Engineer will assist in the development and validation of advanced test equipment used in the manufacture of medical devices.

Requirements:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree.
• Candidate should have 3+ years of experience within the medical device industry. .
• Candidate should be an independent worker with the right technical skills and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Candidate should be proficient with both hardware and software design.
• For hardware, experience working with custom PCBAs and test instrumentation is preferred.
• For software, experience working with Labview and TestStand is preferred. C# and Python experience is also helpful.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems, such as Siemens OpCenter, is preferred.
