Job Requirements:

Our Financial Institutions practice is seeking candidates with four to seven years of experience in the following areas:

* Familiarity with federal banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, the Federal Reserve Act, and related bank regulations.

* Demonstrated experience advising on supervisory matters, transactions, or enforcement actions.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor

* Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

* Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
