Job Summary
Maintenance Scheduler - Traveling Position
This outstanding opportunity allows you to travel across the United States while successfully implementing maintenance schedules for a variety of sites. As a Maintenance Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of maintenance tasks and the efficient operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the effective use of CMMS across our respective sites
* Collaborating closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure the engineering staff strictly adheres to preventive maintenance schedules
* Assisting the Regional Manager with administrative duties, including data collection, creation of documents, and data entry
* Maintaining a professional relationship with Compass Group and customer management
* Crafting files for new vendors and verifying the accuracy of completed paperwork
* Training new vendors on the company's billing procedures
* Assisting with budgeting and invoicing for the facility
* Conducting Eye's Wide Open (EWO) inspections on facility campuses
* Performing other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven administrative experience supporting maintenance teams and Chief Engineers
* Prior experience in the Business & Industry sector preferred
* CMMS experience is helpful but not required
* Familiarity with HVAC Systems and HVAC Inventory
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Proficiency in Excel for data entry, spreadsheet management, and document creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
