Your Role on the Team The MS-BATS Program Manager will act as the primary manager in charge of all aspects of the Masters of Science in Biomedical and Translational Science Program. They will be responsible for all program coordination, student management and support, and interfacing and coordinating with faculty. The incumbent will be the primary interface with key stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth implementation of the degree program, including the Graduate Division, the graduate Council, the office of continuing education, the university registrar, the university editor, and international services. They will oversee recruitment processes for the degree program as well as arranging interviews of applicants by the admissions committee, followed by facilitation of admission, registration for courses, monitoring of course progression, and preparation for graduation of students. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of analytical practices, policies and procedures; researches, analyzes and develops solutions to a wide range of issues. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Primarily deals with policies, programs and proposals which are complex in nature and diverse in scope. Develops new programs, policies or procedures for possible implementation.
