Aviation LVC Analyst

As an Aviation Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Analyst, you'll bring your leadership combined with your tactical and technical Marine Aviation expertise to work alongside thought leadersin LVC training and exercises on projects to assist in establishing highly impactful training for warfighters across the Marine, Naval, and Joint Forces. You'll use your skills and expertise to analyze, develop, plan, execute, and assess LVC-supported training across the Force.

Work with us to identify potentially effective LVC training solutions then evaluate them and implement determined effective solutions to accelerate Marine Aviation's training for deployment.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Marine Attack Rotary-Wing or Attack Fixed-Wing Aviator
  • Knowledge of air-to-ground attack in support of or in coordination with ground actions along with the six functions of Marine Aviation
  • Knowledge of air mission planning, leadership, execution, and assessment and aircrew planning and actions in Joint, Interagency, Combined, and Multinational operations
  • Knowledge of Marine Weapons and Tactics Instructor training techniques and the Marine Aviation Training System (ATS) and associated Marine Aviation Training Simulation Sites (MATSS)
  • Ability to interact professionally with Marine Aviators, air crew, and uniformed or Government Service personnel from Private to General Officer levels
  • Ability to plan and work as a team with other contractors and government service personnel to achieve missions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to different Marine Corps installations
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in a ground tour as an aviator and with the Aviation Distributed Virtual Training Environment (ADVTE)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) or Joint Terminal Attack Controller Certification
  • Attack Rotary-Wing or Marine Fixed-Wing Aviator Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
