As a Sales Representative with Consolidated you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence for fiber-based products and services. This high-activity role requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent follow-ups to secure new clients and retain existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role is ideal for an energetic and results-oriented individual looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
    • Research and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and online prospecting tools.
    • Build a pipeline of potential customers through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for fiber services and solutions.
    • Develop and execute strategies to close deals quickly and efficiently.
    • Manage a high volume of daily sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Understand client needs, tailor solutions, and deliver compelling presentations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, fiber technology advancements, and competitive offerings.
    • Present and promote fiber solutions to prospective clients, including internet, data, and voice services.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Sales:
    • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service levels.
    • Close deals in a timely manner while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Reporting & Sales Forecasting:
    • Track sales activity, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and report progress to management.
    • Analyze sales data to forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Ability to work closely with leadership, engineering and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and collaborate on strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and relationships simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Readiness and willingness to learn about the telecommunications industry.
