Project Manager

DMI, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs. This includes defining project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, including federal agency representatives, contractors, and vendors, to gather requirements and expectations.
• Budgeting: Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within the allocated financial resources.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them throughout the project lifecycle.

Education and Years of Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience leading IT projects managing over (50) people on multiple Agile teams.
• Experience in leading IT projects focused on modernization of an application.
• Experience in assisting a Program Manager in working with the Government COR(s), Product Owners, Government technical personnel and/or customer agency representatives.
• Project Management certification.
