Position Summary:

As our Account Manager, you will work closely with the Inside Sales/Customer Support team and top tier customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact within our organization and be the main line of communication between customers and internally with various departments within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Bachelors Degree or 7+ years experience in a Senior Inside Sales/Account Management role
  • Minimum 5 years working for a manufacturing company
  • Military and Government industry customer experience is essential


  • Exceptional communication and feedback skills
  • Proven ability to handle customer escalations and resolve high-stakes issues in a timely manner

Are You Our Next ACE?



  • Monitor and grow top tier customer accounts including pre and post sales inquiries, including price quotations, order entry, delivery/ leadtimes, expedites and other related requirements
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Ensure quotes and customer orders are efficiently captured within the ERP system, provided and confirmed with customers in a timely manner and followed up on for efficiency
  • Contract review of sales orders processed by the team of customer service reps for accuracy
  • Lead by example and coach customer support reps to achieve and maintain top tier performance in quality of work, productivity and customer account growth
  • Proactively manage the CRM platform (Salesforce) to maintain the latest information for customers and proposals/program updates
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Actively contribute to process improvements, suggesting & implementing strategies to optimize workflow, customer satisfaction, and team efficiency
  • Be a product and process expert, guiding your peers with knowledge of our software, tools and customer needs to ensure they are equipped for success
  • Manage projects necessary to meet business requirements and opportunities
