Senior Product Owner (Performance Tracking Product)

Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Product Owner for the Program Performance Tracking (PPT) product within the Customer Insights Portfolio. This role involves leveraging customer data to assess the impact of various programs on load shapes, supporting energy reduction initiatives, and driving innovation in electrification. You will manage the product roadmap, lead a team of IT professionals, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge data science solutions powered by AWS.

Rate: $55 - $60 / hr. w2

- Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog.

- Lead sprint planning and participate in agile ceremonies.

- Develop a deep understanding of customer and user needs.

- Gather market feedback and perform industry research.

- Write functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features.

- Communicate roadmap stages and timelines with stakeholders.

Key Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience in the utility industry.

- Experience as a Product Analyst.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment driven by KPIs.

- Experience with new product or technology development.

- Strong inclination towards action and innovation.

Required Certifications/Education

- Preferred Product Owner Certification (to be obtained within 6 months)

- Agile Product Owner Certification

- "Black Belt" Six Sigma Certification
