Job Overview: A Regional Manager leads the operational and performance excellence of four welcome centers within one of our four regions, (Northeast, Southeast, Middle and West). This person must be team-oriented, resourceful, value great customer service and possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. He or she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the welcome centers within their region through regular site visits with active engagement and development of each team ultimately driving the mission of our department. This Regional Manager position is designated for our WEST Region with Welcome Center locations in Memphis (2 centers), Dyersburg and Stanton, TN. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION- High School Graduate with minimum of 3-5 years full-time managerial experience. Required Experience: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years Managerial and Customer Service Experience. Tourism industry experience preferred but not required. Prior work experience must reflect proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
