Gastroenterology Department of Medicine St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Boston Medical Center Health System, Boston, MA The Division of Gastroenterology at St Elizabeth's Medical Center, Boston, MA, is seeking to recruit a board-eligible/board-certified gastroenterologist to join a team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners, to provide high-quality, patient-centered care at a tertiary care hospital. The candidate will join an established hospital-based gastroenterology group and will develop a significant focused practice that includes inpatient, outpatient, and procedural gastroenterology. The candidate should possess excellent clinical and communication skills and have a strong commitment to collaborate with other specialties to provide superior care. Candidate is also expected to teach medical students, medical residents, and gastroenterology fellows. Candidate should be BE/BC in Gastroenterology, able to obtain a Massachusetts medical license and meet hospital credentialing requirements. Proficiency in ERCP is a plus, but not essential. St. Elizabeth's Medical Center features a state-of-the-art Endoscopy Unit to perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures that include ERCP, EUS, endoluminal stenting, Barrett's endotherapy and other advanced endoscopic procedures, a medical and surgical intensive care unit, excellent sub-specialty care support, and a busy bariatric and colorectal surgery program. St. Elizabeth's Medical Center is in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, near some of Boston's major universities.
