Summary
As a member of the Maintenance Department, the Maintenance Helper assists maintenance technicians and other personnel in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations on structures, equipment, machines, HVAC, and plumbing. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Helper will also independently perform basic facility maintenance and safety inspections and act as a liaison to outside contractors. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. |
