About the location (Millwood WV) Our Millwood plant in West Virginia is one of fifteen Armstrong plants in North America. The city of Millwood runs along the Ohio River about 50 miles north of Charleston, WV. The area offers an abundance of festivals, cultural events, scenic train rides, golf courses, shopping, and unique dining.
