The Fox Technology Center (FTC) is host to an expanding list of Operational shared services that enable the monetization and distribution of content for FOX's internal and external partners. It takes a litany of complex systems and applications to manage the suite of products that encompass FTC services.

FOX is looking for a Senior Coordinator who will work with the Affiliate Operations team to support the success the FTC.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for multi-functional tasks within the FTC.

• Contributing to the team which collectively monitors and maintains 200+ channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying any inconsistencies with keen attention to detail.
• Work with teams in gathering requirements.
• Provide support for live events and executes real-time change requests between production, business, programming, and broadcast team.
• Knowledge of Broadcast and Digital video metadata
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as 4K High Dynamic Range
• Experience working with web formats: XML, HTML, JSON

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the last line of defense for internal source systems, swiftly responding to any on-air discrepancies with situational awareness and quick decision-making skills.
• Protect our on-air product by meticulously simulating the viewer experience, constantly checking for proper metadata, captioning and content delivery.
• Actively engages and quickly escalates transmission outages, malfunctions, and technical issues

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Highly organized and methodical
• Experience supporting broadcast systems in 24/7 live on-air environments
• Demonstrated self-composure and high tolerance for stress and unquestionable integrity
• Strong ability to work under tight timeline's and in a sensitive on-air environment
• Ability to take responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure
• Excellent at being collaborative and managing upwards
• Adept at analyzing requirements and understanding workflows
• You appreciate visual and written documentation that is well organized and easy to read

• Knowledge and or prior usage of but not limited to Coral MSP, Mulesoft Anypoint.
• Salesforce, LTN Ecosystem, Linear Ad Insertion
