Job Description - Fulfillment Center Manager II JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: The Fulfillment Center Manager II supports the company's overall financial and operating objectives by providing strategic and tactical leadership for the La Vergne Fulfillment Center. The ideal candidate will set and manage the vision, strategy, operations, and objectives of a Regal Rexnord network fulfillment center. This individual will ensure excellence by delivering expectations across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth (SQDCG) to support various customers for multiple business units. The leader acts as a strategic business partner through support of and alignment with internal and external customers throughout the organization. The Fulfillment Center Manager II is accountable for hiring, promotion, performance evaluation, and feedback for direct reports and fulfillment center associates. The incumbent must demonstrate and remain current on industry knowledge and expertise in various distribution concepts, practices, and procedures. This leader must also ensure that the Fulfillment Center complies with federal, state, and local laws or regulations.As a leader at Regal Rexnord, you are expected to model our company values and be a brand ambassador. Travel: 0 - 25% Language: English Work Environment/Physical Requirements: This position works in a Warehouse environment, typically indoors, but may require access to outdoors for work at times. The position requires a person to frequently walk, stand, bend, and twist; see, hear, and talk; use fingers and hands; handle or feel controls or products; use hands and arms to reach, hold, and carry the product. Frequently lifting/moving up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. is required. This position also requires a person to handle different temperatures as the Warehouse is hot in the summer and cooler in the winter. This position may also a person to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours. Benefits
