Sinclair is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive the implementation of new technology-driven business models as the Director, Technology Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic elements of new business models that leverage the technology capabilities of the company. You will have the opportunity to directly lead business initiatives, provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and interface with a wide variety of business functions across the company. Sinclair needs a motivated leader who is able to work effectively and cross-functionally to solve a wide range of business problems and collaborate with our executive team to enable solutions. The base salary compensation range for this role is $165,000 to $220,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
