Summary The Adventures Department is responsible for sourcing one-of-a-kind adventures across all Under Canvas locations. We are committed to the Under Canvas mission to build connections with our guests and the destination(s) they visit. This position can based out of Denver, CO, Bozeman, MT or remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer guest inquiries via phone and email
- Discover what a dream looks like for a prospective guest and utilize resources to deliver on expectations
- Maintain synergetic relationships with Reservations, on-site teams, and vendors to coordinate adventures for Under Canvas guests
- Develop relationships with third party adventure outfitters to confirm requests and address issues as they arise
- Assist and support on-site teams with questions, logistics, and planning for guest arrivals and outfitter relations
- Effectively coordinate and execute tasks cross-departmentally including but not limited to Reservations, Guest Experience, Marketing & Groups
- Exercise best judgement, tact, and resourcefulness when exercising company policies and addressing concerns with the appropriate department(s) as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel and/or sales experience required
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
Additional Information
- This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment, when applicable.
- This position requires that the individual is able to lift a minimum of 45lbs independently.
- Physical demands associated with this position include extensive walking, standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and maneuvering in an outdoor environment on uneven surfaces.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited toheat, cold, rain, snow, humidity, and wind.
- This position is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check and/or motor vehicle records check, if requested by Under Canvas.
