Business Job Title: Regional Sales Director The ideal candidate for this role will be located in the Chicago, IL or Indianapolis, IN metro area. Job Summary: The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing sales operations across multiple territories within a given region focused on growing both top and bottom-line growth. This Regional Sales Director will be driving growth by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the region. This individual is the owner of their region; creating the vision, building, and executing plans to achieve the vision, leading and empowering teams to reach new heights while managing cost and allocating spend that has the greatest impact on growth through existing or new business.
