Administrative Director, Peninsula Outpatient Center (POPC) Strategic Development - Joint Ventures Full Time 82756BR Job Summary The Administrative Director of the Peninsula Outpatient Center (POPC) is responsible for the standardized execution of ambulatory network growth and operational goals. Oversees the clinical and operational functions and staff. Recommends allocation of staff, space, equipment, and other resources to optimize the delivery of clinical services. Engages POPC physicians, staff members, ambulatory leaders and partners. Leads the daily operations of the POPC to maximize the value of the relationship for the UCSF Health Care Network. Implements value based strategies and tactics. Implements efficient processes and elevates patient access to services in alignment with outpatient regulatory and quality standards. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $167,000 - $256,000 (Annual Rate).
