Compensation $90,000.00/Annual

Overview / Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industry Embedded Technical Instructor to join our team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality instruction in technical, troubleshooting, and hands-on skills within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with corporate clients and pharmaceutical manufacturing professionals to deliver tailored training programs that enhance their knowledge and competencies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:

  • Keep up to date with emerging industry trends and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client organizations to understand their unique needs and expectations.
  • Work with client stakeholders to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage training programs from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless delivery process and fostering active participant engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Lead courses for operators in technical areas covered above. Train operators including demonstration of required proficiencies.

The role covers a variety of technical topics, including workplace safety, manufacturing foundations, motor controls, precision measuring, mechanical systems, industrial automation, regulatory compliance, process improvement, quality assurance, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience with both hands-on training and technical content development across diverse manufacturing and industrial processes.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of seven years proven mechanical work experience. Professional certifications in education, organizational development, or comparable and relevant work experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities related to employee growth.
  • Ability to utilize a variety of instructional methods and technologies to create an interactive and engaging learning experience.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique organizational culture and goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt training content to meet the specific needs and expectations of diverse client groups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Participation in professional development activities to enhance personal and instructional skills.
