Leasing Agent

Advantage Resourcing has a temp-to-hire opportunity in West Monroe, LA. We are hiring a Leasing Agent to join our team! This is a dual role with the opportunity to tap into your creative side with various marketing tasks. If you're ready for a career move, let Advantage Resourcing lead the way.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in marketing (leasing experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with real estate management software
• A valid driver's license

Leasing Agent Responsibilities

Assist prospective tenants with property inquiries, conduct property showings, and handle the lease application process. Prepare lease agreements, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and maintain accurate records. Develop strategies to promote available properties, create compelling listings, manage social media content, and organize community events to attract new tenants.

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
