Advantage Resourcing is hiring a Cabinet Installer in Ruston, LA. Pay: $12.00/hr Shift: Monday - Friday \| 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM As a Cabinet Installer, you will be responsible for installing kitchen, bathroom, or other types of cabinets in both residential and commercial buildings. You will measure, cut, and assemble cabinets, then securely attach them to walls or floors. Additionally, you will install hardware such as hinges, knobs, and handles. A solid understanding of carpentry techniques and the ability to read blueprints and follow installation instructions is required. Responsibilities: Assemble and install cabinetry and related hardware in residential and commercial settings. Measure, cut, and modify cabinets and hardware according to specifications. Connect and secure cabinetry to walls, floors, and other surfaces. Test and inspect cabinetry and hardware for proper functioning and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform minor maintenance and repairs on cabinets as needed. Qualifications: Experience in carpentry or related fields. Ability to measure, cut, and modify wood and other materials accurately. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight or elevated spaces. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and precision. Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding. Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
