For more information, visit nyit.edu. NYTech's College of Engineering and Computer Sciences seeks a Programs & Retention Coordinator located at the NYC campus. The Programs & Retention Coordinator for the College of Engineering and Computing Sciences is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing programs that support student retention, academic success, and engagement within the college. This role involves close collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to promote a positive and supportive environment, enabling students to thrive academically and personally throughout their engineering studies. The coordinator will use data-driven approaches to identify retention risks, develop interventions, and enhance program offerings. Responsibilities Student Retention Initiatives:
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred. Experience: Experience in student support services, academic advising, or program coordination preferred. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies; event planning and coordination skills; demonstrated commitment to student success. Minimum Salary USD $45,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary USD $48,000.00/Yr. |
