Product Specialist Our AV Product Specialists are responsible for supporting the Audio and Video and electronics interface portions for Aftermarket RV and Specialty commercial design solutions. The AV Product Speciailst utilizes data sets, market knowledge and knowledge of customer electronics innovative solutions to help Lippert deliver and elevate customer needs through products and services. This includes but is not limited to, program schedule management, program budget management, overall program scope and execution. The AV Specialist also works with and mentors, design engineers, product managers, operations, supply chain, innovation teams and customers as part of a complete AM team to ensure program design activities, goals, and targets are completed on-time, on budget and are successful. Key emphasis is the ability to work in a fast-paced project team to bring various RV and Specialty product solutions from concept through prototyping/production for customers in the RV and Marine industries. Travel Travel will be minimal up to 20% locally and nationwide. Occasional travel to trade shows/ seminars. Occasional travel for customer visits.
