What you'll be doing...As an HR Operations Content Management Consultant, you will support the Content Management System (CMS) by enabling end-to-end solutions. You will have the responsibility to create, maintain, and update CMS processes, partnering with GTS (Global Technical Services) and HR Workstreams to design and integrate the functionality and a seamless user experience to support the platform. When the Content Management System changes in technology tools, you will create the business User Acceptance Testing plans, work through design, testing, training and implementation for the needed solution. You will work in a cross-functional and cross-organizational environment to facilitate and deliver the business solutions needed. This is a Home-based Role with occasional meetings and training in office as needed Responsibilities:
