Summary Responsible for oversight and management of employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental insurances, time off plans, and retirement plans. Makes recommendations of improvements based on industry and employee analysis. Monitors contracts and vendor adherence to contracts. Coordinates administration/communication of benefits to employees. Ensures compliance with government regulations, prepares annual benefit tax filings.

Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite) This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. This role is located at 51 Clemson Road, Columbia, SC 29229. What You'll Do:
