Description

This position exists to operate a telephone system that is cloud based. Receptionists are primarily responsible for answering incoming calls for the entire company. They are also responsible for assisting vendors and visitors throughout the day, as well as performing other administrative projects for other departments throughout the company. The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, 4 days per week.

Primary Duties:

1. Answer, screen and direct calls professionally, accurately and promptly.

2. Greet and direct visitors, customers, guests and deliveries.

3. Prepare visitor badges, Wifi guest passes, and safety glasses for guests.

4. Take messages off of night service and distribute.

5. Distribute faxes via email.

6. E-mail daily Out List.

7. Sort daily mail and distribute.

8. Mail checks and invoices for Finance.

9. Post outgoing mail.

10. Assist with mailings (catalogs, samples, etc.) as required. (Fed Ex/ Next Day Air, etc.)

11. Occasionally work extra days to cover for each other's time off.

12. Update & distribute phone directory.

13. Update employee mailboxes.

14. All other duties as assigned
